- Exercising sound risk-based judgment in evaluating transactions and balancing credit risk, policy objectives, portfolio considerations, and customer outcomes.

- Engaging with financial institutions, brokers, surety partners, and customers to understand business models, financial performance, risk drivers, and transaction requirements.
- Contributing to continuous improvement initiatives that strengthen underwriting quality, risk governance, consistency of credit decisions, and operational effectiveness.
- Supporting knowledge sharing and collaboration to enhance the team's financial analysis, underwriting expertise, risk management capability, and customer experience.
- Maintaining a strong understanding of financial analysis techniques, ITG products, underwriting standards, portfolio risk management practices, market developments, and EDC policies.
