Course Description

Approche nutritionnelle et recommandations alimentaires relatives aux maladies et désordres du système digestif (affections dentaires, troubles oro-pharyngés et de l'oesophage, ulcères gastroduodénaux, maladies inflammatoires de l'intestin, etc.), désordres nutritionnels et endocriniens (contrôle du poids, diabète, hypoglycémie, ostéoporose, etc).

Exigences requises : Maîtrise en sciences de la nutrition ou dans un domaine équivalent*, ainsi qu'une expérience pertinente tant en pratique professionnelle qu'en enseignement universitaire en lien avec le cours, est requise. Membre de l'Ordre professionnel des diététistes de l'Ontario ou d'une autre province canadienne.

*La personne candidate doit clairement démontrer dans son CV la pertinence de sa formation académique par rapport à la matière du cours.
