JOB DESCRIPTION: SCOPE OF POSITION The Team Manager of Community Support Services (CSS) program is responsible and accountable for the coordination and implementation of programs that support older adults and adults with disabilities; ensuring ongoing development, service delivery and evaluation within the framework of the WOCRC philosophy and strategic direction.
