JOB DESCRIPTION: Job Description Position: Full-Time Security Guard Hours: Continental Rotation - 0700-1900/1900-0700 Overtime Method: Averaging Agreement (AA) after 88 hours Pay rate: $26.00/hour within probation ($27.00/hour after probation) Schedule Example: Week 1 - 0700-1900 - 4 Days (Mon-Tues, Fri-Sat) Week 2 - 0700-1900 - 3 Days (Sun, Wed-Thurs) Week
