  • Manage products for North American customers, ensuring Nokia's roadmap aligns with their network evolution.
  • Discuss and understand customer needs, collecting feature requests from sales and customers to address roadmap gaps.
  • Prioritize feature requests across North America and other regions for maximum impact.
  • Provide innovative network solutions to meet and exceed customer business needs.
  • Collaborate with sales and commercial teams on pricing strategies and customer pricing approvals.
  • Support sales regions in achieving their bookings targets and ensure overall profitability.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • 10+ years of experience in Optical Networking, with at least 5 years in a product management role.
  • Strong communication and customer-facing skills, with a proven track record in building relationships.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with a results-driven approach.
  • Willingness to travel within North America and internationally as required.
