Les exigences minimales comprennent un baccalauréat de 1er cycle en lettres françaises, une excellente maîtrise des règles de grammaire et de ponctuation et une capacité remarquable à expliquer les erreurs courantes aux étudiants. La réussite d'un exercice de grammaire est nécessaire pour être pris en considération pour ce poste.

L'objectif du Centre d'aide à la rédaction est d'apporter un appui au développement de compétences en rédaction aux étudiant.e.s qui sont actuellement inscrit.e.s dans un cours au Département de français.
