Requirements and Nature of Work

Description du travail attendu : Sous la supervision de la professeure Pascale Cornut St-Pierre et en collaboration avec certaines organisations non-gouvernementales de défense de l'environnement, effectuer des mandats de recherche relativement à la finance durable et au contentieux climatique visant les entreprises. La candidate ou le candidat recherché est inscrit dans un programme d'études en droit et possède des connaissances avancées dans un ou plusieurs des domaines suivants : la responsabilité civile, le droit des affaires, le droit de la concurrence, le droit de la consommation, le droit de la faillite et de l'insolvabilité ou le droit de l'environnement. Une formation bi-juridique (droit civil et common law) est un atout. La langue de travail principale sera le français.
