Course Description

Corporate governance. Management information for decision making. Hierarchical management control structures. Obligational awareness of of mandatory and voluntary obligations. Enterprise risk management (ERM). Corporate compliance with laws and regulations. GRC programs and frameworks. GRC areas: Financial, Operational, IT, Legal.

Requirements

Must have an MBA or Master's degree (Ph.D. preferred) in a relevant discipline. Must have significant applied experience and excellent communication skills and demonstrated ability to successfully lead classes taken by top executives. PC-based teaching experience is an asset.
