Job description: Perform tasks related to product delivery to our customers. Inform customers in-store and by phone about products, services, and ongoing promotions. Conduct searches in both digital and physical catalogues to update part numbers. Participate in customer follow-ups (phone blitz, etc.) and solicit new clients.
