Course Description

Développer des stratégies essentielles à la réussite des négociations dans un contexte interculturel. La nature de la négociation, la négociation distributive et intégrative, les questions éthiques, la planification et la préparation, les différences interculturelles, le style de négociation et les différences individuelles sont pris en compte. Le rôle du pouvoir, de la stratégie et de la tactique est pris en compte, y compris la communication, la persuasion et la résolution des conflits.

Requirements

• Doit être titulaire d'un MBA ou d'une maîtrise (préférablement un doctorat) dans un domaine connexe, notamment en comportement organisationnel, en gestion des ressources humaines, en stratégie, en gestion ou en administration des affaires.
• Doit démontrer une expérience professionnelle récente en gestion, de préférence en négociation, en médiation ou en gestion des conflits.
• Doit aussi avoir de l'expérience en enseignement, de préférence en négociation, en gestion, en ressources humaines, en comportement organisationnel ou en stratégie.

An acceptable level of education and/or experience could be viewed as being equivalent to the educational required and/or demonstrated experience.
