SUMMARY Reporting to the Operations Manager, the Operations Supervisor will be responsible for all facets of the operations on the shift. This involves leading all aspects of health and safety, operational performance, customer relations, continuous improvement, and people development. SHIFT: Tuesday to Saturday 10:30am-7:00pm RESPONSIBILITIES Schedule the labour requirements for the shift to ensure production goals are met within the budgeted cost structure.
