Responsible for designing, developing, and implementing a comprehensive Digital Learning Strategy for the Public Works department, including developing communications strategies, and designing a departmental Employee Learning & Development Communications Platform. Responsible for leading the adoption of new digital learning solutions and maximizing existing digital learning investments for the Department; and
