Course Description

Les bases biomécaniques des blessures dans le sport, l'exercice et l'activité physique. Étiologie et prévention des effets des lésions et des blessures : blessures à la tête, au cerveau et à la colonne vertébrale, maux de dos, lésions attribuables au travail répétitif, blessures aux extrémités inférieures et supérieures, influence du sexe et de l'âge sur les blessures.

Requirements

• Doctorat en sciences de l'activité physique (biomécanique) ou domaine connexe / PhD in Human Kinetics (biomechanics) or related field.
• Expertise en biomécanique des blessures articulaires, structurales et à la tête est un atout / Expertise in biomechanics of joints, structures and head injuries is an asset.
• Expérience en enseignement universitaire est un atout / Experience teaching in a university setting is an asset.

Un niveau d'éducation/d'expérience jugé équiv. pourrait suppléer aux exigences d'éducation et/ou d'expérience requises. / An acceptable level of education/experience could be viewed as being equivalent to the educational required and/or demonstrated experience.
